Okay so I changed my mind, I just cannot wait to tell you all what happened!!
"justalittlelamb" and I met at the venue at 6 on the dot and headed to the radio booth, there we waited for about 20 minutes only to be told that the meet had been pushed back to 7:30 instead of 6:30 and to get in line at any of the turnstiles cause we now had to go in the regular entrance and meet inside at 7. Well 7 came and went and I was getting worried cause they were not opening the doors yet. Finally at about 7:15 I heard someone yelling my name and to come over there, so needless to say we bolted out of the front of the line and headed towards the voice :) There we learned there was some sort of technical issue with something technical and we were now going through some side entrance, so in we went and on went our AWESOME meet and greet stickers. Then everyone who had a meet and greet got split up into two groups "friends and family (BULLSHIT, if you were friends and family then you wouldn’t need a meet and greet!!!)" and "Contest winners (two didn’t even show up!!!!!)" the later being us we formed our group and headed towards the arena. We were lead into a normal entrance to the arena but then a side door and down an elevator. Now this is were we checked out the others to see who the competition, and let me tell you there was NONE, not a single person out of 16 was wearing ANY L.A.M.B. nor did anyone even have anything for her to sign! Then the elevator hit the right floor and we lugged our Nordstrom bag full of crap for her as everyone stared. We were then lead into a hallway where we lined up and hung out for a couple minutes. During that time we started talking to the man in the suit behind us and learned he was from the city to present Gwen with a plaque declaring October 30th Gwen Stefani day in San Diego! After he went to meet her, the rest of us were lead into a locker room with fabric over the walls and lockers. There this little man that I have never seen associated with Gwen explained all the rules (one thing signed per person no cell phones or else Gwen will get mad and leave, no pictures other than your one, and pictures were to be taken in groups of two) and whatnot before Curtis came in and said “YEAH, WHAT HE SAID!” with a smile. Curtis then turned on the little pink boom box and we listened to The Sweet Escape for about 20 minutes before Curtis came back in and said, “Lets welcome Gwen and the Harajuku Girls everyone!!!!” Then there she was in all her glory and beauty GWEN FREAKIN STEFANI!!!!!!! I totally teared up when I saw her! She made her way around the room in her 8 inch heels signing everyone’s stock photo (on Kodak paper by the way! Someone should call Hp! ☺) Followed by the girls then right before she got to us the little man came up to us and said “Only one thing!” I was holding three and didn’t budge, lamb was hold three also and turned to put one back and he repeated “Only one!” lamb was all like “Yeah, I heard you and I’m going to let HER decide which one she wants to sign” Then she got to lamb and looked at her stuff, a ND collage and said
G: “Ohhh whats this? Did YOU make this? Its awesome!”
L: “Its something I made a long time ago”
G: “Where do you want me to sign it?”
Then she signed her Tragic Kingdom vinyl and turned to me she signed my Tick Tock Gwen, My Picture, and My Vinyl, she was so taken aback by us, cause we stuck out so much. She then asked if it was the first time we had been to the show and I said no it was the forth, she was like “That’s so awesome guys, thank you so much for supporting, its been fun hasn’t it?” now she was still going down the line and signing other peoples pictures and STILL talking to ONLY US, “I’m so nervous there are only 4 shows left ya know, I have been on tour for like 8 months, its so crazy, I cannot believe its ending! Make sure you guys go crazy tonight, were filming for the DVD tonight, its going to be awesome! Then it was time for picture and she was putting her hands in front of her for all the pictures until she got to us and she wrapped her arms around us and pulled us in!!!!! It was so awesome but then it was over and Gwen said “Enjoy the show guys see you in a little while!” Man guys it was SO flippin awesome! As far as the show went it was awesome of course and there were plenty of moments where she was looking at us, it just made me feel so good. I’m going to upload all the photos for you all tomorrow because that CAN wait but I just thought the story COULD NOT!! ☺

Okay, brand new here, but thought I'd add to this ...

I loved this show so much more than her first show here back at Coor's. She seemed in awe of the fact that the tour is at an end...talked more than once about how she was here at the very beginning and is now back after 7 months and 96 or 97 shows. She ran around the arena like crazy. We were worried about her...balancing on top of tiny rails with security holding onto her for dear life and prying people's hands off of her. Does anyone know what exactly they were filming for? She didn't say, just said "we're filming tonight". We loved when she talked about Kingston as a tiger..."If you thought he was cute before...this was mind-blowing!" And talking about working out at the gym at SDSU that day and no one taking pictures, trying to talk to her or even looking at her..."I wasn't wearing make-up". We spotted Gavin just a few rows in front of us right before she came out. To the guy who got up on stage with her (don't remember your name, sorry)...thanks for sharing that picture and the book you made for her. I'd been wondering what it was. Loved when she called you up and then said "omg, he even has on lamb shoes!"

I took a 9-year-old with me who was sad that the tour is ending. I promised her we'd be back to see Gwen with No Doubt before too long.

“This is the end of the dance-record phase of my life,” Gwen Stefani proclaimed to a sold-out show at AVA Monday night. “I’m going back to No Doubt.”
Despite Stefani’s allegiance to the other three musicians in the veteran Orange County, Calif., rock band No Doubt — from which she got her start — it’s hard to imagine things ever being the same.
No Doubt hasn’t released an album of new material since 2001, and Stefani has since become one of the planet’s biggest pop stars, starting off in 2004 with her unexpected smash solo debut, “Love. Angel. Music. Baby.”
When she says she’s returning whence she came, you applaud the loyalty but also scratch your head.
There wasn’t a single No Doubt song played at AVA, but the mostly female all-ages crowd, some dressed like their idol, came for Stefani’s offbeat brand of hip-pop.
The show started with a largely underwhelming set by teen singer Sean Kingston, who delivered his reggae-infused pop with the kind of intensity better suited to a mall food court than an amphitheater.
Luckily, Kingston set the stage for Stefani, who is the total pop package: singing and rapping in her quirky yet unmistakable girlish voice and exuding a personable charm behind an electric smile that is nothing short of irresistible.
Stefani also brings a vivid style and imagination that has become as much a part of her persona as her music.
Just prior to her opener, “The Sweet Escape,” off the 2006 album of the same name, the venue lights went down and dancers dressed as cops and robbers ran around the audience, eventually finding their way on stage.
As red sirens blared, a full band on a giant riser appeared. The riser split in two, revealing a gold jail cell containing the leggy Stefani with her signature platinum ponytail and bright red lipstick, dressed in a sequined black-and-white striped prisoner outfit.
Each song in the AVA show was nothing short of a full-blown production, with up to eight dancers (half of which were Stefani’s trademark Harajuku Girls), set changes and funky, colorful costumes, from prep school to kimonos, coordinated to each tune.
Large video screens and a giant, lit-up letter “G” that looked like it was swiped from a Vegas marquee completed the stage setup, but it was Stefani whom you needed sunglasses for.
The 38-year-old is so genuinely enthusiastic and engaging, boredom is not an option. Always on the move, she’d be running and jumping around the stage for “Hollaback Girl,” and shortly after, singing the song “Cool” from the audience aisle in between the grass and seats of AVA.
She took several moments to talk with fans, who rewarded her with flower bouquets, balloons and in one case, a frog pillow.
It was during these candid interludes that Stefani let slip several f-bombs, which probably didn’t comfort the parents who brought kids, but that’s yet another thing to love about Stefani the pop star: underneath, she’s still an unpolished rock star.
Stefani told the crowd it was around the 95th show of the tour and you wonder if it’s times like these when she’s missing the comfort of glancing over at her bassist and knowing that’s the same guy she went to high school with and formed No Doubt.
She closed with the fist-pumping anthem that ignited her solo career, “What You Waiting For?” The song details her inner battle and insecurities of becoming a solo artist.
A star-making three years later, Stefani is doing Hewlett-Packard TV commercials, selling Barbie-like dolls in her likeness, designing her own clothing line (L.A.M.B.), and playing arenas around the globe.
You wonder if there’s any way she can go back to being just a girl in No Doubt’s world.

Gwen Stefani Pledged to Donate Proceeds of Concert to Wildfire Victims

When Gwen Stefani first heard of the California wild fires she was going to cancel, but it occurred to her that donating profits from her recent gig would benefit the victims more than a canceled show. Stefani, who is a California native said, "When I heard about the devastation of the fires, at first I felt I should cancel my show out of respect, but then it occurred to me there might be a more useful solution." All the proceeds from Stefani's Tuesday night concert in San Diego will go to those who suffered in the aftermath of the fires. Kudos to Gwen, let's get some more celebs on this bandwagon!

With five shows left on the world tour that's kept her on the road for much of 2007, Gwen Stefani stopped at the Honda Center in her Anaheim stamping grounds Saturday night, and to mark the occasion, KIIS-FM (102.7) threw a homecoming celebration -- complete with the USC marching band -- for 17,000 or so of Stefani's closest friends.

The No Doubt frontwoman shared the stage with some high-profile opening acts, each compelled to perform not only out of respect for Stefani but also by the unspoken quid pro quo that radio-festival gigs represent to artists interested in preserving their on-air presence.

Timbaland, the influential hip-hop producer who this year has become a pop star in his own right, performed, as did the Brooklyn rapper Fabolous, Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls, R&B crooner Lloyd and Sean Kingston, the 17-year-old Jamaican singer whose "Beautiful Girls" made a serious run for song-of-the-summer status.

Still, there was no question that this was Stefani's party. When her song "Wind It Up" cropped up in an energy-drink spot during an interstitial video package, the crowd cheered as though the singer herself had appeared.

The roar reached a deafening level when that actually happened.

On her two hit solo albums, Stefani has made much of the idea that she's "just an Orange County girl living in an extraordinary world." Thankfully, that's not at all the case.

In fact, she's a smart, savvy professional who knows what it takes to make an arena show work. Performing an abbreviated 45-minute version of the spectacle-packed set she premiered in April at the Coors Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, Stefani did appealingly goofy dance moves, changed costumes nearly half a dozen times and mugged for the cameras like a silent-film star -- all while singing in a voice stronger than many of her peers often muster live.

For "Cool," a gorgeous new-wave tune about her faded romance with No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal, the singer (and a crew of beefy bodyguards) snaked through the adoring hometown crowd. "This is where I grew up!" she crowed, and for a moment the disbelief was audible in her voice.

Compared to Stefani, everyone else on the bill seemed to be killing time onstage while they waited for their dressing-room refreshments to be replenished.

Fabolous couldn't have seemed more bored as he commanded audience members to get their hands up. Kingston, looking rotund but not exceptionally jolly, sang along halfheartedly to his filler-stuffed CD. Scherzinger's dancing came through loud and clear, but her vocals were swallowed by booming digital beats. Lloyd took off three different shirts.

In a fascinating display of the producer's behind-the-scenes inferiority complex, Timbaland spent most of his set insisting that fans prove they value him as much as Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado and the other stars for whom he's crafted hit records. His groundbreaking music is easy to love, but when it comes to live performance, Timbaland could do with a lesson or two from Stefani. With any luck, her enthusiasm might prove contagious.

Ok, just got home, standing around all day since 7 am was terrible, they didnt actually let us line up until 6 pm for a general admission show.. it was chaotic, i was almost thinkin it would be one of myt worst concert experiences ever.. IT WAS NOT. the show was awesome, we were front row center agaisnt the bar, and I got up on stage again, she totally knows me and shes like do i know you, then she saw my pictures fro mthe past few shows, we were sort of talking to eachother, then shes like u want another picture, im like ya with you in the pink dress... its exactly what i wanted, i have been planning for a few weeks now. It all happned just the way i wanted it to, it was awesome seriously! Best on stage experience ever problay. She said im like irrestisible or somthing like that also! One of my friends recorded a video of it also, so i should have that tomorrow, and if anyone else got picures, please send me some, pictures or videos!! It was rite before early winter.

David Bowie, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Jay-Z, Clive Davis and Mike Mills of R.E.M. all made their way into New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom last night for the Black Ball, an event sponsored by Keep a Child Alive to honor Bono, British actor Nick Reding and Dr. Pasquine Ogunsaya — individuals who’ve contributed significantly to the furthering of AIDS education and prevention in Africa. The event — part honors banquet, part pop concert — opened with thundering drums and hyper-kinetic dancing from Zulu troupe Juxtapower, whose lunges and kicks jump-started an evening that was long on both sentiment and showmanship.

Debuting a hefty cache of songs from her forthcoming As I Am, Keep a Child Alive global ambassador Alicia Keys served as a kind of de facto MC. She egged along the ten-piece band and took pains to connect her material to the evening’s overriding theme. Her new songs are warm and relaxed, firmly rooted in gospel and late Sixties R&B. “Like You’ll Never See Me Again” was a gorgeous slow-burner, built around a twinkling piano arpeggio and a melody that steadily swells. The empowerment anthem “Superwoman” was insistent and affecting, Keys spilling out its refrain, “Even when I’m a mess / I still put on the vest / with the ‘S’ on my chest” over spry, bounding chords. Her rendition of “No One” felt triumphant, gaining a kind of power and determination with each pass through its chorus.

If she could have taken on the rest of the night’s performances alone, the super-charged Keys probably would have accepted the challenge. After a low-key rendition of “Every Day is a Winding Road,” Sheryl Crow joined Keys for a duet on “I Shall Believe.” The song is Crow’s, but Keys swiftly claimed it, laying deep into its sinuous grooves and filling it with a kind of raw, pulsing ache. Gwen Stefani duetted with Keys on an elegiac version of “Sunday, Bloody Sunday,” with Keys’ vocals lingering in the air, long, haunting and elegant.

Only two performers were capable of matching Keys’ mettle. One was Metropolitan Opera singer Kathleen Battle, who joined Keys for a haunting rendition of the semi-obscure U2/Pavarotti collaboration “Miss Sarajevo.” The other was Bono himself, who strode onstage near the night’s end to duet with Keys on their 2005 collaboration “Don’t Give Up.” Leaning hard into his phrases, the U2 leader used volume and emphasis to drive the song upward. Near the conclusion, they were joined by members of the Agape Orphanage’s children’s choir, whose appearance transformed the song from well-meaning sentimentalism to a kind of anthem. Their voices rang out together, a single word over and over, louder every time: “Africa.”

Hi guys!

It's been a while since I was here on board and this amazing thing happend to me...

I went to Prague with a group of my 3 friends to celebrate my 20th birthday and to see Gwen on the day of my bday :) I was so happy when I sow on official website that last european show will be in prague and on this special day ( for me of course ;) So we booked tickets and everything and we went there...

We made a sign saying "it's my 20th ribrthday today!" and Gwen sow it very first secend she was on the stage! She jumped out of this gold prison and pointed at me:

I was so impressed she sow it that fast! :) After first song she said that "we've got a birthday boy in the aucidence..." I was SO in shock! I was thinking it's the ebst thing that will happend to me that night. She also sing few lines of "luxurious" only for me... it was so special :) So after all she pointed at me and said "brithday boys" like 6 or 7 times durring one show... how amazing is that?!

And then before "The Real Thing" she come on the stage and she started talking with the audience and then she looked at me... The rest you can see here:

God, she's the most amazing artists I had ever seen... She made my 20th birthday so special and fantastic. I will never ever forget that she did this to me.

Back in Sep. I couldn't do a photo with Gwen after L.A.M.B. fashion show in nYC because there was so crowded and Gavin said sorry for me that I came from Europe to see Gwen live and I can't do a pic. And after one month on my 20th birthday she took me to the stage... :)

Well, I met G-Queen. What can I say? It has been one of the greatest day of my life. After a series of sad situation, I got some moments very very exciting and amazing. I'll be forever thankful to the person that gave me the pass.
I got two passes actually, I gave the other one to Zanou (this is her screen name), Elsa, the French girl that came from Tolosa to Milan just to see Gwen. We didn't know at what time we had to go to the venue to collect our passe so we went there early... It was 3pm I guess. We had to wait till 6:50pm and I spent 3 hours freaking out because I couldn't wait to see my pass!! LOL I became friend with two security men so they gave me the chance to come on the backstage and talk to a very nice girl that is the secretary of Lisa Kidd (Gwen's manager) and she told me that I had just to wait... She was really nice, I won't forget her helpfulness, she said I would have found my passes at the box offices during the afternoon. During the waiting I met Stephen Bradley and a couple of Harajuku Girls, Love and Baby. I talked with Stephen and he remembered that I was the girl that asked for a kiss after the second concert in London, eheh. I told him I was waiting for collecting the passes and he confirmed I had to wait the box office opening. I told him about EIT and I got two other kisses... I really love that man!! :) Actually those passes weren't available before the Box Office opened, thank God it was a nice day and the sun shined all the waiting time. There were some other persons with us waiting for those passes: a girl with a guy that didn't even know that Gwen is married and has a son and another lady that spoke both English and Italian and had a lot of little girls with her. :)

Then this woman came and gave us our passes closed in letter. They were green. Some minutes later a man of the Gwen's crew came and read our name on the list. We asked if we could have brought Elsa's mom with us because she's French and doesn't speak Italian or English and that man was "Oh ok!" and gave her another pass! At the point we came into the venue... quickly... the man left us in this place that was a bit dark and unorganized compared to the other "meet&greet corner" that I've seen in these months but... whatever... G-godness was about to come!! Curtis came: wow, that man is sooooo big!! He said us the rules: no pictures while she's signing stuff, do not call your friends to make them talking to Gwen LOL. Then he said that we had to stay in circle near the walls of that "room". We wait for some seconds maybe but I couldn't stay still so I came on a bit and I saw Gwen coming to us holding Kingston!! She wore this black tight-fitting suite, she was extremely gorgeous. I came back to my place near the wall very quickly and I saw her talking we the English/Italian lady for first, she kissed her like she was an old friend... Kingston kept dancing and laughing when The Sweet Escape started in the background coming from a little stereo in the room!! He is such a cutie!! :) The little girls with the lady gave her a shirt of an Italian football team called Inter, it was for Kingston. Then Gwen talked to that woman for a bit but I didn't care of they words!! I was to excited keeping me ready for her.

WOW! She was so gorgeous and so nice and... I don't know how it has been possible but when I started to talk to her, I felt like she was an old friend... She knows how to make you feeling comfortable and I was completely calm and lucid. I showed her the "Freaks Messages for Gwen" book and I told her that I was one of the 6 moderators of Everythingintime.com and that we made this initiative and "we got messages from all over the world, from your freaks, your fans!", she laughed so loud when I told her the "freaks" idea!! I was so happy!! She said that the book was "cute" and that she will read it in her free time. She was so impressed by it and she said me that she will check our website for sure. She said "Thank you" one million times and I think that I did the same. Then I gave her a cd with a video that Fabio and Daiana made for Kingston's first birthday. I also showed her some pictures of three paintings that I made, they are oil on canvas so I couldn't bring them at the meeting. Gwen kept saying "oh it's amazing", "it's wonderful", "it's gorgeous", she couldn't stop to look at them, it's the truth, I'm not saying it to be bold!! Then she looked straight in my eyes and she told me something like "We have a future artist here" and I couldn't stop to say thank you and I thought "Tell it again, tell it again" in my mind LOL!! That was the best moment of my life ever... Listening to Gwen telling me the artist thing... I was happy that she liked them and she was so calm and sweet and she gave me some minutes to describe my paintings and I told her that I left her figure as a white shape in one of them because I wanted to give a conceptual meaning to the painting, because "you are so bright". I didn't even know where my words were coming from because I didn't prepare any speech in my mind... I don't know... I just felt so comfortable talking to her...

She signed my Squeal vinyl saying "this is an old rarity!" and then she signed my Don't Speak picture disc. I had my LAMB cd and the promotional photo that they gave me at for the M&G to be signed but I didn't ask for it... Actually I preferred to talk with her a bit more instead of asking her more autographs. I've been just a little bit sorry because I promised to Stephen (from EIT) that I would have asked her a signature for him on the tourbook, I'm happy that he was understanding and that he appreciated that I spent my time talking about our website instead of asking for signatures. Actually two other guys also asked me it and I was sorry for not having got it... but I'm glad that they met her at the end of the concert!! Harajuku Girls came in the M&G zone and... you have to believe me if I say that they freaked me out!! LOL I kept being nervous with them!!

The time for the picture came and I gave my camera to the same Lisa Kidd's secretary that I met before. :) Some moments before the picture were takend I found myself telling Gwen something about my ex boyfriend and how much he loves her and how I worked hard to find those passes for me and him and how he broke up with me. She looked at me and she made a sweet/sad face saying "Oh noo! I'm sorry", she's so sweet... So I told her that I gave my second pass to Elsa. Then I found her hand on my shoulder... :) ...and my arm around her waist. :P After the picture she looked at me and said "Is the website everythingintime.com, right? I'll check it!". While I was going to organize my stuff in my backpack, she came near me telling that she liked my outfit, I think that she said it was stunning, I said thank you and then I kept her hand in my hand... I didn't shake it, I just hold it for some seconds and I was surprised that I wasn't sweating a lot for the nervousism! She said me "Thank you for the time you spend working for me and No Doubt, thank you for your work", I couldn't believe it. Then I got the backpack and I was going away when I remembered that I had to tell her the very last thing, so I came to her while she was speaking with Elsa and I said her "I forgot to say that I was the girl that gave you that portrait during the first concert in London! You took it on the stage!", she looked up trying to remember LOL then she gave me a big smile and said "Oh yeah! Thank you!!". While I was going away she told me "I'll check the website!" again, she looked excited, and the only thing that I remember at this point is that I was looking at her and I put my hand on my heart and I saw the English/Italian lady giving a cellphone to Gwen. She answered and said "Oh I miss you". Then Curtis said us to follow a guy and told him that he is the biggest one and I shaked his hand!! He smiled and laughed LOL

Once in the crowd, I met that English/Italian lady again, she asked how we got our passes and I said her "Oh, I've seen that you personally know Gwen!". Well, she said me that she's the wife of Gavin's best friend! Cool! I asked her if Gavin was in Milan (I love Gavin) but she told me that he didn't come with Gwen this time... So I assumed that the "I miss you" that I heard from Gwen was for Gavin. :) That lady asked me what the rest of No Doubt was doing in this period and Elsa told her that they are working on the next album, waiting for Gwen. I was surprised that she didn't know that Gwen will come back with No Doubt soon... ??? ...She knew about Gavin up-coming album and she didn't know about Gwen next project. That's weird.

I guess that I'll write a concert review soon. :)

It was sooo awesome! Me and my friend where in the front middle! The absolute best place in the whole consert!

AND I had a ND banner/flag and in the end of the show one of the boydancers saw my flag and was like 'You want Gwen to sign it?'!!! so i was like YEAH! And then the big black bodyguard gave my ND flag to Gwen and then handed my pen to her too! It was totally awesome!!!

Only thing is that when we tried to find her Signature, we didn't find anything... apparently my pen didn't work on the fabrik... just my luck.

BUT there are quite alot of people that can proove that Gwen did sign it.. eventhough there's nothing on it now.. (MurrayStreet should have pics of Gwen holding my ND flag..(evidence))........continue to the forum

Tony Kanal will be among the special guests in attendance at the Saturday, November 3 benefit event for the a.d.d.y...g foundation - an Orange County based charity that provides arts experiences to pediatric cancer patients.
The event includes casino games (poker, blackjack, roulette and craps), auction items, raffle items and other entertainment. Included in the benefit auction is a Yamaha bass guitar signed by all the members of No Doubt and a limited edition L.A.M.B. bag signed by Gwen Stefani.

It was awesome when she was about to run through the audience and everybody just split to make a way for her!

in stockholm sweden... she was looking at me sometimes and one time she said: "-When I look into the crowd i see all the girls i wanna be (she was walking around pointing) I wanna be you, you,you, & you (and then she came to me and said) and I think I Am you! :O Didn't bring a camera..so i don't have any pics, that are mine, and i don't want to post them.. I still can't believe it..so amazing! and it was my first time i saw Gwen..i'm so surprised that i was so calm and relaxed all the time, i didn't even cry.. can't wait to see No Doubt!!!

Gwen Stefani's 16-month-old son has learnt how to headbang.

The "Hollaback Girl" singer says Kingston, her child with husband Bush guitarist Gavin Rossdale, has inherited his parents' musical genes.

Gwen told InStyle magazine, "He sings a lot to himself. He is just getting into music. He does the whole head-bouncing thing."

The 38-year-old star is so besotted with Kingston she would rather deprive herself of sleep than spend time away from him.

She said, "I love him so much. He is the best thing that's ever happened to me. This morning he woke up at 6am and I was like, 'OK, I'm going to die right now.' I definitely don't get enough sleep, but I'd rather spend time with him. I've got this extra-fun, amazing little guy who just wants to hang with me."

The No Doubt star even took Kingston on her "The Sweet Escape Tour" and has adapted her bus to fit his every need.

She said, "There is a crib for Kingston with his little sleepy-time things on my tour bus. It is pretty adorable. And there's also a big playpen with a gate, so he can sleep up there if he wants. It's perfect for me too - sometimes he plays in there with me if I want to lie down."

"You're a sea of deliciousness! I love you all!" Gwen Stefani insists, over a deafening scream.

And so she should. The sold-out crowd can't get enough of the former No Doubt singer. Far from the underground punk princess she was a decade ago, her solo show is a major operation.

One can almost smell the sweat radiating from the legions of roadies whose job it is to mantle and dismantle the spectacular stage, which includes moving podiums and a gigantic light display in the shape of her trademark G. Accompanying her onstage are a full band, complete with two percussionists and a brass section.

They mostly remain in the background while the lights beam onto the loyal Harajuku girls, each with a muscular man.

All that's missing is the small matter of stronger songs to accompany the theatrics. The momentum started by openers 'The Sweet Escape' and 'Rich Girl' is not sustained.

That said, when she's good, she's great. 'Hollaback Girl' is impossible to stand still to and 'What You Waiting For' is simply euphoric. It would have been a blistering set if she had more than five bona fide hits .

Hi, i havent ben on here for ageeeeees! But i had to come online to tell you guys about the amzing Dublin Show. Like many of you i went to 2 Gwen shows. The first one i went to was at the NIA in Birmingham. My seat was Block A Row M seat 14. So it was pretty good but not the best view in the world and not the best pics either. So anyway me and my family flew to Ireland to go to the show there (b'day present for me). It was general admission and the doors opened at 7pm. I wanted to start queueing at 5 but noooo my mom didnt want to wait that long (it was slightly raining). Our hotel was right next to the venue so i could see the queue from my window. At 5.15 it was about 30 people long, sooo i persuaded mom to go down at 5.30. By now the queue was about 40/50 people long.

When we got in i raced straight to the front as did everyone else. I got really near, not holding the barrier but behind the people holding the barriers. Anyway most of you have seen the concert so i wont go into details about that (you can just see the pics) other than to say it was gobsmackingly awesome! It was so much more amazing than B'ham. I think because it wasnt seated there was alot more excitement and the atmosphere was electric so i think Gwen felt it to and she just went a lil more crazy than usual.

The craziest thing was it was her Birthday the day after and after each song had finished and it was relatively quiet the whole crowd tried to sing Happy Birthday to her but it didnt really work. So then after Gwen had introduced all the dancers/harajukus/band members, Stephen Bradley goes "hold up hold up! We gotta a few special announcements to make! First i have to say that Dublin you are the loudest f****ng crowd on this tour!! (doubt thats true lol) And second it is a very special persons birthday very soon!"

Then the band started to play Happy Birthday and everyone sang along!! Gwen was like acting all embarrassed then she held both her ears

even took out her earplug thingies to listen!!
After she thanked us and then this girl threw a card onto the stage and it had a little me to you bear taped to it. So Gwen was like wow a card! She goes im gonna open it now. So she opened it and goes "wow thanks a hundered dollars!" (this was a joke lol) This is her reading the card

I saw inside and it had 2 pages full of writing so she didnt read it all then she pointed to the girl that threw it and said thankyou! Then she went hey you know what come up here! Come on! And this girl took about 3 attempts to get over the barrier. Failed. Then a body guard helped her over. She got on the stage and Gwen jumped into her arms like this

And i was just standing there with my mouth haging open thinking why the f*** didnt i do that!!??
The girl even got a hug and got gwen to sign loads of cd covers for her whilst on the stage (she had them and a pen in her pocket)
At the end of the concert in what you waiting for Gwen selected a few people from the front of the crowd and got them up on the stage!!! She didnt pick me. =( She mostly picked little kids but she picked this teenage lad and he was all crying and hugging gwen and thanking her!
My personal highlight of the evening was when i picked my little sister up and held her quite high (above everyone else, my sis is so small she ouldnt see anything my mom was giving her a piggy back for like the whole night) and Gwen looks at my sis in the middle of a song pointed straight at her and waved! I just erupted into loud screams...
Anyway i shall post pics on a seperate post.

EDIT: OMG I TOTALLY FORGOT!! At the concert someone asked what the "G" stands for?!? (i think maybe they were joking lol) But then in OCG i was the ONLY person to scream out when she sang "me and ND" AND i think that a load of the fans only knew her singles cos when she sang like Dont get it twisted and Danger Zone i swear barely anyone around me was singing along. But when it came to Hollaback girl or Wind it up everyone was singing!
And this horrid fat girl and her friends who were next to me started to sing "Take this pink ribbon of my eyes, im duh duh da duh duh..... " and it kinda trailed off cos they didnt know the words. Then they all laffed at themselves and sang "Oh im just a girl, a duh duh duh duh" They didnt know the words again! I wanted to say - If you dont know the words then STFU!

As expected, the theatrical tone of this exciting concert was set right from the off, with Stefani escaping from a gold jail cell to perform her recent hit, The Sweet Escape (also apt in that it is the title track from her current top-selling album and the title of this extensive world tour).

Making her local solo debut, the leggy performer was out to impress and lost no time in doing so with many costume changes and in-your-face offerings from her two solo albums ? the dance-orientated debut, Love. Angel. Music. Baby. and The Sweet Escape.

However, there was no escaping the sheer entertainment value of this spectacular show, which, although headed by Stefani's larger than life performance, also had so much more to commend it.

The former No Doubt singer has surrounded herself with an ace team in all departments here and special mention must go to the lighting/sound crew, brilliant band and the most amazing male dancers I have ever seen at a concert ... not forgetting her now famous Harajuku Girls.

Her opening, and colour co-ordinated, slice of '60s style pop was immediately followed by another well-loved highlight in Rich Girl in this fast moving and up-tempo performance.

While things did slow down slightly for 4 In The Morning and Early Winter, the Californian singer returned to full throttle during her 100-minute set for crowd pleasers like Wind It Up, Hollaback Girl and the roof-raising encore song, What You Waiting For?

Having made it to a small stage at the back of the arena at one point, the fashion trend-setter with her own line in trendy, if over-the-top, clothing very nearly didn't make it back to the main stage due to an over-excited crowd.

Yes, this singing wife and mother may be 38 years old tomorrow, but ? with looks girls half her age would die for ? there is no doubt that Stefani remains a stunning showgirl.

it was the best night of my life! i cried at the start and the end. i was standing front row, right in the middle! after the concert, i waited an hour at the stage door to meet her and she signed some stuff! i'm sooooooooo happy! i got to talk to her! and a picture of me was in a newspaper today :)

"There's a No Doubt record coming next," promised Gwen Stefani during the first of what ought to be many London solo shows. Pretending to be Madonna has been fun but the peroxide pop siren will soon return to her ska punk roots with her old band.

She certainly gave the pop life her all, with a show to rival Britney, Christina, Kylie and even the Big M for spectacle.

With a double life as a fashion designer, the outfits were predictably special. Stefani appeared in jailbird stripes, sparkly hotpants, geisha minidress and sequinned pinny. Accompanied by eight dancers breakdancing and trampolining, it was easy to miss the capable band.

Over two solo albums, Stefani's pop career has been schizophrenic. She sang the Eighties-styled Wonderful Life and The Sweet Escape, a ringer for Madonna's True Blue. Then there was the futuristic hip hop of Yummy and Hollaback Girl, little more than a minimal rhythm, a catchy chant and some bizarre synth riffs.

Her love of musical theatre was confirmed by songs that sampled both Fiddler on the Roof and The Sound of Music. Wind It Up was a novelty too far, its yodelling and discordant electronica not so much a clash of ideas as a horrific pile-up. A few more hits and Stefani could rule this world she has visited temporarily.
